Hi members
Even though the President's rally is a few months away, Trevor needs some information well in advance to provide the paperwork so we can gain smooth entry into the Amberley Air Base. If no paper work, no entry.
Members can email Trevor (happyhoffie@optusnet.com.au) with the information or hand it to him personally at a meeting, or Wednesday's workshop.
For each visitor details needed are:
- Full name
- Drivers Licence/Passport/Other photo ID detail
- Contact phone number (each adult must provide unique number)
For children under the age of 15 the only requirement is name and age.
You will also need to bring the photo ID document with you on the rally day, as it will need to be sighted at the entry gate.
